養殖レストランプロジェクト「CRAFT FISH restaurant」vol.02

2026.2/1 Sun - 2026.2/2 Mon

― Eating becomes a choice to protect the oceans of the future ―

This project, “CRAFT FISH RESTAURANT” vol.02, is an experiential event opening up land-based aquaculture to society as “a food choice that protects the oceans of the future.”

We create a space where you can intuitively understand the value of land-based aquaculture—its stable supply and environmental considerations—along with the technological background supporting it.

Starting from the tangible experience of “eating,” we aim to foster empathy for a resource-circulating, regenerative fisheries model, connect research opportunities with market needs, and become a “trigger” to accelerate the formation of a sustainable industrial ecosystem.
