Commercialization of Ryudai Mibai, the first retort
We have developed the “琉大卒のサカナたちシリーズ (University of the Ryukyus Graduated Fish Series)” as products using Ryudai Mibai. The first product is a retort product, “Aqua Pazza of Ryudai Mibai”. We are preparing the next installment, so stay tuned!
